Moat is seeking to enter into a long-term partnering agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to deliver a high quality, customer-focussed and cost-effective building works service for the maintenance of its housing stock. The contract is anticipated to commence on 4th April 2022 for an initial period of 10 years to 08:00h on Monday, 5th April 2032.
