The Environment Agency (EA) has successfully awarded a framework to enable PFR schemes to be delivered successfully. It will help ensure that residential and commercial properties are better protected from the threat of flooding. The Framework includes two Lots: - Lot 1: Survey, Options & Quality Assurance. - Lot 2: Detailed Design & Construction.
