Property Asset Management Services PIN

The purpose of this PIN is to gauge interest as well as seek views and information from the market on how best to deliver Property and Asset Management services across the HIE area including (a) Property Management and Valuation; (b) Property Marketing and (c) Building Surveying. This will be used to also inform HIE's procurement strategy to help ensure that any future tender opportunity is attractive to the marketplace and will provide a competitive tendering environment for the efficient delivery of the services. It is not a tender opportunity.
