CDC is seeking to commission an experienced supplier to undertake a whole programme evaluation of the Regional Growth Fund (RGF) investment programme and the Growing Places Fund (GPF) which are being delivered by Cornwall Council and Cornwall Development Company, in Cornwall & Isles of Scilly.
