The building is located within a residential area south of London Road in Langley and close to the M4 (exit 5). We estimate the building was constructed in 1963. The building is not listed by English Heritage, and we are not aware that it is listed by the Local Authority. A recent condition survey assessed the building to be in a 'satisfactory' condition, with no significant structural defects, however, it did identify areas for improvement.
