Professional Retrofit Services

CBH is, on the Authority’s behalf, procuring a 2-year contract for Professional Retrofit Services (mainly retrofit coordination and assessment), in support of, and according to the requirements of, the publicly available specification, PAS 2035: Retrofitting dwellings for improved energy efficiency – Specification and guidance.The Authority are looking to appoint a contractor under a professional appointment contract, as set out in Appendix B to this ITT. There will be two phases of services for this matter:1. Phase 1 (Retrofit Services)2. Phase 2 (Additional Retrofit Services)
