5 contracts were awarded by the Foundation to develop Professional Exchanges in areas not yet covered by the existing pilots - Tenders for provision in geographical locations where an Exchange currently ran, were not considered. Existing pilots were in the following locations: East Midlands, West Midlands, South-East, London, Teesside, Suffolk and Hampshire.
