Procurement of a client-side Project Director/Development Manager for Swale Rainbow Homes (wholly owned company of Swale Borough Council)

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for the position of a Project Manager for Swale Rainbow Homes (wholly owned company of Swale BC). The contract will involve managing the full development of 3 residential housing sites in Sittingbourne with the aim to bring forward additional affordable homes for the borough. The contract will run until 31 December 2025. The contract may be extended for a further two years. The tenderer who submits the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract.
