The Council is seeking to appoint (in accordance with EU rules on framework arrangements) a range of highly skilled and experienced print companies to provide printing services under a Framework Agreement. The contract will be managed jointly between the Council and the provider(s). The aim of the framework agreement will be to provide the Council with a range of high quality printed material as and when required.
