Within the curtilage of the Pottery Quay site, there are four key sub-schemes that are included within this project, namely: • Pottery Road • Waterside Mews • Tamar Wharf • Tamar Street Within these four areas there are a mix of Westward Housing Group tenants and leaseholders.
