The provision of Planned, Cyclical and Repairs service to dwellings, schemes, outbuildings, hard and soft landscaping, sewerage treatment facilities and any other Council building within the county of Wiltshire (various LOTS). The Service Provider will be expected to programme works so they are evenly distributed around the County and avoid clashes with other activities on the Estate.
