Pitched Roofing Works - Hinton

The work for this project comprises of carrying out pitched roofing improvements (tiles, battens and roofing membrane) to houses in the Hinton area, along with new UPVC fascia, soffits and replacement guttering and downpipes. The houses also benefit from a rear first floor bedroom extension (commonly referred to as a Pod): the flat roof to the pod will be replaced in conjunction with improvement works to the pod structure however the contractor is to allow for the pitched roof to be completed to the pod junction in the first visit where possible, this may involve close collaboration with the…
