The Pinpoint System is a multifaceted security system which uses Personal Infrared Transmitters (PITs) allowing staff to easily and discreetly activate calls for Assistance and Emergency. The PIT is a discrete small fob that staff can have in their pockets; on lanyards attached to their staff badges. When a call is activated, Alphanumeric Display Units emit an alarm tone and pinpoint the exact location and type of call.
