PIN - RIF Replacement Frameworks (IDEF & ISWF)

NWS intends to establish 2 frameworks: the ISWF (Site Works) and the IDEF (Design and Engineering). NWS will work as an integrator between these two frameworks and will therefore seek to work in a collaborative manor with the winning suppliers on both frameworks. Both Frameworks will be tendered in line with the Open Procedure (inclusive of pass/fail supplier questionnaires) and there will be no preclusion to bidding on both frameworks independently.
