The Council is seeking to appoint an FCA regulated organisation to provide quality banking services in support of its existing cash management activities. The contract will encapsulate the provision of all business main account services, including facilitating BACS and CHAPS payments. Potential providers would be required to meet the Council’s minimum short term credit rating as per the Council’s treasury management strategy (currently A+ and F1).
