Paradigm Housing Group (‘Paradigm’) have an Estate Services Team that sits within Asset Management which is part of the Property Services Directorate. The team is responsible for the standards of our communal areas, internal and external. This includes ensuring the communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, tree surveys, pest control and tree works contracts are maintained to a high standard by our Contractors.
