This Requirement is for the delivery of an Improvement Action Process (IAP) pilot for a named local authority (LA), using the IAP framework provided by the Scheme Administrator (SA) of Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR). The IAs will be evidenced. The LA will agree with the IAs. The identified actions will be agreed with the SA and taken through the governance approval of the LA. The IAP will have milestones, delivery plans with timelines and KPIs.
