People who Harm support services

Cheshire West and Chester Council require a People who Harm Programme (PWH) to address harmful behaviour within an intimate relationship across the borough. Commissioning this programme will help to ensure the development and maintenance of healthy relationships by supporting participants to take responsibility for their actions and ensure they are motivated to change.
