Pearson and Lewis Refurbishment

The works consist of the internal demolitions and alterations and subsequent fit out works including internal partitions and doors, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, FF&E and new mechanical and electrical installations to the 3rd and 4th floor of the Lewis' Building and the strip out and refurbishment, including new finishes and mechanical and electrical installations of the 2nd floor to the Pearson Building.
