PASSENGER LIFT MAINTENANCE SERVICES

There are approximately 84 lifts included in this contract. This is subject to change. The successful Economic Operator shall be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and servicing to all the Employer’s passenger lifts in multi storey buildings, offices and other buildings across Northern Ireland, together with all other checks and services needed to keep the lifts in continuous safe operation, for the duration of the service period.
