Parking Services PCN Enforcement and Processing Management ICT System, Including Online Permit Application Module
A Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) enforcement and notice processing system, including an online permit application module, is required to replace the Council's existing ICPS application. The system will enable a PCN to be issued from an android device and the detail will transfer in real time to the notice processing application. The notice processing application will enable a PCN to progress in accordance with TMA 2004 legislation. Online appeals and payments can be accepted which transfer to the application in real time.
