To demolish the ‘The Leys’ flat block. In doing so to remove all asbestos identified in the Asbestos R&D report by BDA, removing all cables and piping currently in the building. To then demolish, grub out foundations, crush waste and remove hardcore from site. To recycle as much waste as possible and to dispose of the identified and any other unidentified asbestos in a controlled manner. Furthermore, Suppliers will be required to register on the Central Digital Platform (a Find a Tender service).
