The Outstanding Teaching, Learning and Assessment (OTLA) programme draws together the ETF's activity to support practitioners to improve and develop their practice. The two aims of the OTLA programme are to 1). Improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment in the FE and training sector and 2). Support increased professionalism for practitioners in the sector. OTLA is underpinned by the Professional Standards.
