LondonWaste Limited (LWL) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of organic waste treatment services. It is the LWL's intention to select a preferred Contractor or Contractors to collect municipal organic waste from the company's EcoPark location in north London and treat it using biological techniques.
