Oral Surgery - Level 2 - West Suffolk

NHS England intends to procure additional dental Level 2 oral surgery services in Suffolk area of East Anglia. The additional provision is to be delivered on short term basis - for up to 12 months to manage excess of referrals from de-commissioned services at West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.
