On-Line Video Platform (OVP)

Met Office require a complete end-to-end solution for uploading, transcoding, managing, delivering, analysing and monetising video content (On-Line Video Platform) . It needs to be an easy to navigate UI to make the system accessible and easy to use for non-technical team members (Weather Desk for example upload content) but it also provides an extensive set of API's and SDK's that the Met Office development team use to integrate with various platforms such as the native apps.
