The Office for Students (OfS) is the regulator of higher education in England. The OfS has implemented a revised approach to regulating student outcomes, known as revised condition B3, which came into operation from October 3, 2022. As part of a wider programme of activity to evaluate the introduction of the revised condition, the OfS is seeking a supplier to conduct an impact evaluation of the condition in six providers.
