Ofwat has circa 160 staff working across both offices. Currently our Birmingham office occupies the 18th and 17th floors (circa 1362 square feet) of Centre City Tower in central Birmingham. Ofwat’s office space is a combination of cellular and open plan workspace. In July 2015 Ofwat completed a full refurbishment of floors 17 and 18.
