Northwest Contractor Framework

Wirral Council (as the Contracting Authority) is conducting market research to gauge the level of market interest and inform the procurement strategy to let a four-year North West Contractor Framework as defined by The Procurement Act 2023. The Framework is expected to go live on 1 April 2026. The Framework may be used to award contracts for Wirral Council's pipeline of works and will be accessible by other North West public sector bodies / Contracting Authorities.
