Expressions of interest are requested for contractors able to carry out the design, supply and installation of a single storey steel framed modular building approximate dimensions 16 x 9.1 metres floor area. The building shall have sufficient strength to support an additional storey if required in the future. There is also a requirement for a vestibule connecting the new building to the existing, including adapting existing entrance to suit.
