The Noise Insulation Contract is used to install noise insulation measures such as secondary glazing to properties in Yorkshire which have been affected by an increase in noise pollution as a result of highway or transport works. Additional information: NOISE INSULATION CONTRACT 2015-17. The Contract will comprise the installation of noise insulation works, primarily as required by the Noise Insulation Regulations 1975 (as amended), to the properties forwarded to the contractor by the Contract Administrator.
