The Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to test, erect and maintain the Festive Lights supplied by the Council, assist with the planned "Switch On" events and remove and store the lights, upon completion. The festive lights provide the residents and visitors with the correct ambience to enjoy the Festive Season and enhance their shopping experience in the Centre of Kettering and surrounding villages.
