NMRN Hartlepool - Sea Railing Repairs (re-advertisement)

NMRN requests pricing proposals which phase the work as follows: Phase 1: Urgent repairs required to address immediate health & safety issues. Appendix 1 indicates in red the areas likely to fall into this phase of work. Phase 2: Areas which are currently safe but likely to become a health & safety concern in the next six months (suggested areas marked up in orange in Appendix 1) Phase 3: Remaining areas which require minor refurbishment/painting to protect them from degradation, suggested in green in Appendix 1.
