NHS England Increasing Capacity Framework Agreement - Refresh

The National Health Service Commissioning Board (which uses the operational name ‘NHS England’) established a framework for clinical services titled Increasing Capacity Framework (ICF) under the light touch regime in November 2020. As advertised in the original OJEU contract notice this framework agreement could be refreshed.
