Newcastle City Council has retendered its Home Care framework. Condensing its current three frameworks (Generalist, Citywide and specialist) into a single offer for the City. The Council is committed to the delivery of a quality, responsive easy to access home care service that maximises people's ability to live independently and safely in their own homes and as part of their community.
