The Contracting Authority seeks clinical services providers to deliver Neurophysiology Testing and Reporting for patients of Lincolnshire. The services will be delivered at all Acute sites within the hospitals of United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. The procurement consists of lots as detailed in this notice and within the procurement documentation. Contracts will be awarded for a period of three years, with the option to extend by up to 24 months. The maximum term for this contract award is therefore five years, or 60 months.
