This service shall deliver an independent and impartial mediation service for tenants and leaseholders of The Guinness Partnership. This may also include residents who have no contractual relationship with Guinness and or other stakeholders and agencies involved in the case. The service shall respond appropriately to referrals for antisocial behaviour and neighbour dispute cases, which may require specialist mediation to de-escalate and achieve a lasting resolution.
