Renfrewshire Council intend to seek the appointment of a Multi-Disciplinary Design Team (MDDT) for a major capital project in the creation of a new Paisley Grammar High School, the school will be of a passivhaus standard and consisting of both a school and public community spaces. The MDDT will be required to follow the stages of the RIBA Plan of Work 2020. At this stage, the strategy for the procurement of the project is still being developed and the Contracting Authority is seeking to engage with the market.
