Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSE) in Partnership with Health Trust Europe (HTE) are releasing the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for minor works and maintenance, which is made up of a number of related categories to support the MSE NHS Foundation Trust and the wider public sector to meet their repairs, renewals, backlog maintenance requirements.
