Mowbray Gardens Adaptation

The project involves the demolition of an existing integral garage and the creation of a new single storey side extension to create additional accessible living accommodation to the ground floor of a detached bungalow to meet the needs of a disabled occupant. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the RCP4 Framework, Lot 5 (Building Works £0-£150k). Start and end dates are provisional, estimated 12 week contract.
