Montgomery Mews - Adaptation

The proposed development includes a single storey rear extension and internal conversion works to create accessible living accommodation to the ground floor of a semi-detached property to meet the needs of a disabled occupant. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in May 2023 and will run for a period of 12 weeks making the expiry date August 2023. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the RCP4 Framework, Lot 5 (Building Works £0-£150k).
