The Authority is conducting the procurement using the open Non EU procedure, as required by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015). Pupils in primary schools undertake National Curriculum assessments. The Local Authority has a statutory duty to monitor assessments and to moderate a proportion of these assessments in order to confirm that the teacher assessment judgements are accurate and consistent with national standard.…
