Platform Housing Limited (PHL) is a not-for-profit housing organisation that has been established for almost 40 years. PHL provides over 46,000 affordable homes in the Midlands and are building many more homes each year causing PHL’s requirements for mobile telephony to constantly change. The current plan is to build 12,000 homes in the next 5 years. PHL’s aim is to procure a relevant supplier of both mobile handsets and mobile sim connections for a multitude of devices that have connectivity across the entire Midlands.
