Middlesex University (MDX) is seeking to procure a Minor Works Framework. MDX estimate the approximate spend for this Framework to be circa 1,200,000 GBP per annum (circa 4,800,000 GBP in total over the 4 year framework duration). This annual spend will be spread across an average of 30 works packages which, in most cases, will not exceed 350,000 GBP in value for any single work package.
