The GPhC is looking to identify a supplier that can define, specify, implement and manage a Microsoft Lync based phone system to meet all of our current and future requirements. There is also a requirement for an integrated solution for a small contact centre. The GPhC is the independent regulator for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy premises in Great Britain. In order to practise in Great Britain pharmacists and pharmacy technicians must be registered with us.
