This requirement will be separated in to two (2) Elements: For Element 1, NHS Digital ("Authority") requires a five (5) year Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise Subscription Agreement ("ESA") of Microsoft Windows 10 Licences ("MS10 Licences") for use across the applicable health and social care bodies within the Department for Health and Social Care ("NHS Estate").
