The contract(s) will require the processing of all metal arising from the 19 Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) in Kent. The concessionaire must be able to meet the below requirements: - The capability and capacity to receive and process, at a minimum, the estimated annual tonnage of metal for each Lot they are bidding for. - Process both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals.
