Mentally Healthy Leeds

A community service to reduce health inequalities and improve the mental health and wellbeing of communities most at risk of poor mental health. The service will use community development approaches to focus on improving protective factors and reducing risk factors associated with mental health and wellbeing through the delivery of targeted frontline activities with individuals, communities and the wider workforce.
