Medical Leadership Development

To design an evidence based Medical Leadership Programme consisting of 2 cohorts. One in the North and one in London. The programme will challenge Medical Directors to consider and understand how they behave as leaders and what it means to be an executive of a Trust with complex challenges. The programme will have an action learning approach and support participants to build medical director support networks going forward and to be able to evidence the impact of their learning.
