Four measurement frameworks formed the basis for the evidence collection for the Commission's first report to Parliament, 'How fair is Britain' in 2010; the Human Rights Review in 2012; a series of research papers in 2012/13; and its most recent report to Parliament in October 2015, 'Is Britain Fairer?'
